Planning Board reviews Master Plan housing chapter updates and accepts property survey

At the March 18 meeting, Mike Tardiff of the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission reviewed draft updates to the Master Plan housing chapter for the board to consider as part of the Master Plan update process.

In other business the board reviewed and accepted a survey of 566 Beard Road (Map 8 Lot 7) submitted by Stephen H. Holdt, trustee; Andrew Morris moved to accept the survey and Cathy Houle seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
