Resident Trudy DiLeo asked what mitigation measures would be used in drought scenarios. Bellis said the village would continue discussions with TSVI leadership, including COO John Kelly, to coordinate water resources and mitigation planning, but the meeting materials did not include technical mitigation measures or a timeline for operational responses.
