After the appointment, Board Chair Thomas Wittman offered a salute to Chaz Rockey for his participation representing Taos Ski Valley Inc.; other board members and meeting participants thanked Rockey for his service to the TIDD. The minutes record no discussion of compensation, duties, or a start date for DeVogelaere.
