Select Board approves site-disturbance NOI form, authorizes legal review of short-term rental ordinance, and approves a short-term rental permit

At the Sept. 22 meeting the Jackson Select Board approved several land-use and permitting actions. After review by consultant Burr Phillips and the Planning Board, the Select Board unanimously approved a new site-disturbance notice of intent form to standardize review of site work and erosion mitigation.
Bill Terry requested authorization for the Planning Board to consult the town’s legal counsel to clean up and revise the short-term rental ordinance for inclusion on the town warrant. The Select Board approved that request by motion from Barbara Campbell, seconded by Frank DiFruscio.
Separately, the board approved a conditional-use permit for a one-bedroom short-term rental at 48 Switchback Way (Map V08 Lot 18) owned by Anzaldi; the minutes list the permit as approved by motion. The minutes do not provide the applicant’s first name or detailed operating conditions beyond the unit description (one-bedroom apartment over a garage).
