During public input on June 8, residents Lisa and Derek Snowman raised concerns that the Select Board had not posted or responded to requests for the May 18, 2026 minutes and that the town website is not current. Lisa said she had sent emails on May 20 asking for the draft minutes and received no reply; Kevin Meehan produced a draft copy at the meeting for their review.
The Snowmans pressed who is responsible for posting minutes; board members said minutes are provided to the Select Board and historically posted by an administrative assistant, a role the town is actively recruiting to fill. Select Chair Norman Brown said Amanda Simino had previously managed the website but is no longer in that role; the board said they will continue interviews for the Admin Assistant position and acknowledged the posting process has been inconsistent while the town is between administrators.
Kevin Meehan told the Snowmans some emails route to alternate addresses and apologized that the communication lapse occurred. The board approved the May 18 minutes during the meeting.
