Contracts and permits: The North Country Fire Mutual Aid District contract and an Intent to Cut for 32 Stebbins Hill Road were signed.
Appointment: The board appointed Sara Curtis to the Lancaster Housing Authority through 2029 (motion by Selectman Lavoie, seconded by Selectman Rideout; recorded as "All in favor").
USDA-RD Notice of Intent: The board opened a public hearing and approved a Notice of Intent to file a USDA-RD grant/loan application for a proposed water storage tank (motion: Selectman Lavoie; second: Selectman Rideout; recorded as "All in favor").
Non-public session: The board entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(l) to consider legal advice; a roll-call vote recorded Selectman Lavoie and Selectman Rideout as "aye." The board returned to public session and voted to seal the non-public minutes until after the conclusion of any legal adjudication. The meeting adjourned following the vote.
