Jurors decided to move forward with Batch 7 and table Batch 8 so HGA can provide clarifying information; staff proposed a special meeting to consider Batch 8 with HGA present. The motion to proceed with Batch 7 and table Batch 8 carried on an oral vote.
Jurors said the goal is to move forward with demolition and rebuilding necessary for residents awaiting reconstruction, while ensuring compliance with FEMA documentation requirements and that contract prices are reasonable for reimbursement.
