"So the parent original, 33.44 acres minus 2.64 acres," Wadsworth said while summarizing the updated math, and he asked if anyone had questions about the correction.
After brief discussion, Wadsworth moved to accept the revised minor subdivision "as presented." The board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The board directed that the signed mylar be recorded at the registry of deeds; once recorded the registry provides a receipt that the board requested a photo of for its files. The chair noted that the recorded document and paper copies will be kept in the town’s records.
Next steps are administrative: the chair will sign the mylar and arrange for recording, and the board will file the approved plans per town practice.
