3) MS‑232 (tax-rate) signature (roll-call vote) The board signed MS‑232 documents to incorporate special-town-meeting warrant articles into the DRA/DRA reclose process necessary for tax-rate setting. The motion passed on a roll-call vote; staff asked for a follow-up signature from a selectman who was remote.
