During public comment, resident Larry Schulz asked whether the meeting would present building designs for the Mosquito Inn project on North Green Bay Road and was told staff plans to post site plans, architecture and a traffic impact analysis on Zoning Hub and to place the building/site plan on the March 30 Plan Commission agenda. Schulz also expressed concern that construction could close a trestle at 4 Mile, potentially delaying emergency vehicles, and questioned whether Caledonia would be asked to pay for sewage-plant additions. Trustees noted the sewage topic was not on the meeting agenda and suggested follow-up with staff.
Trustees also heard a brief Parks & Recreation update on Crawford Park Phase 5 (splash pad, playground, building renovation). The committee then returned to the Title 14 Chapter 3 ordinance discussion and voted to continue that item to a future meeting (see main article for details). The committee adjourned after the layover motion passed.
