Senator Kathy Kelker and Representative Emma Kerr-Carpenter pressed for written documentation and clarification about implementation timelines.
After discussion, the committee moved to acknowledge receipt of the audit report and to file it in accordance with law; the motion carried unanimously by voice vote. Committee members and staff noted several recommendations the agency did not concur with and flagged those for follow-up in the audit record.
