Select Member Gregory Watts moved to renew the Del’s Lemonade permit and Select Member William Ashton seconded; the Board approved the motion 5-0. Select Member Ashton then moved to renew the Zach’s Ice Cream permit, seconded by Select Member Watts; that motion also passed 5-0.
On a separate license item applicants Alex Marconi and Joel LaSpada appeared to request a change of manager for Atlantica Operating LLC, doing business as the Old Salt House. Marconi said construction at the facility is ongoing, with a new kitchen being installed and an exhaust hood scheduled for the following week, and indicated the establishment hopes to open by June 15. The Board voted 5-0 to approve the change of manager on a motion by Select Member Paul Grady, seconded by Select Member Will Ashton.
All actions on these license and permit items were routine approvals based on confirmation of required paperwork. The Board recorded unanimous votes on the permits and the manager change; no public comment was offered on these items. The Board did not set additional conditions or timelines beyond noting the restaurant’s anticipated opening date.
