Dahlman reported the report’s primary figures: $94.71 million in cash proffers collected and $87.14 million expended; the reported expenditures were noted as the highest ever recorded.
Commissioner Bruce C. Goodson moved to approve the 2017 Cash Proffer Report as presented; the motion was seconded by R. Michael Amyx and the minutes record that the motion passed. The minutes do not include a roll‑call or vote tally for the approval.
The report included maps showing which localities accepted cash proffers and the amounts, and it related proffer data to total housing units in collecting localities. The Commission did not record further amendments or conditions to the approval in the minutes.
