- Chester Street Lots 9–12 (amended order of conditions): Expedited Engineering requested plan revisions to revise slope gradients and interim grading sequences; staff recommended additional plantings and a no‑mow conservation seed mix for slope stabilization. Commissioners approved the amended order of conditions and added conditions for interim sediment controls and operational maintenance plans.
- Certificates of compliance: Staff reported site visits for 51 Oriole Drive and 70 Webster Street verifying stabilization and as‑built infrastructure. The commission voted to issue certificates of compliance in both cases.
- Lodi (certificate of compliance): The commission voted to issue a certificate of compliance for a duplex after staff confirmed a six‑inch gap under installed fencing to allow floodwaters to pass.
- Continued items: The commission continued several hearings to its Aug. 3 meeting to await DEP file numbers or technical reviews, including the Notice of Intent for Lake Quinsig (DCR) and 635 State Road, and postponed item 3497 Granite Street.
Votes were taken on the motions noted above and passed by the commissioners in attendance.
The meeting also included staff updates on enforcement monitoring (88 Webster riprap violation), an upcoming Brooks Dairy Farm ribbon‑cutting event and progress on draft regulatory and fee‑schedule updates for the city's Wetlands Protection regulations.
