Separately, participants raised security questions about a historic house proposed to host exhibits. The presenter said the house will have a security system, be locked at night and be supervised by staff during open hours; a smaller building on site may include office space for staff. The group also discussed recruiting community volunteers or docents to staff the house for open hours and suggested partnering with an organization mentioned in the meeting as "3rd space" to help with donations, rentals and stewardship.
No formal adoption of panel designs or staffing plans was recorded; members asked project leads to continue refining photo choices and return with higher-quality images and proposed operational details at a future meeting.
