Adair County board discusses mental health advocate staffing and revenue pressures; accepts VA assistant resignation

At its May 6 meeting, the Adair County Board of Supervisors accepted the resignation of Denna Mitchell from the Veterans’ Affairs office and authorized Veterans’ Affairs Administrator Gwen Johnston to begin recruitment for a replacement. The board also discussed mental health advocacy services and staffing needs.
