The Perry Park Metropolitan District Board adopted its 2026 budget on Nov. 13, 2025, after a public hearing and presentation of the proposed spending plan. Rebecca Harris, WSDM district manager, presented the budget during the hearing opened at 7:32 p.m.; there were no public comments.
President Darren Hill moved to adopt the budget “subject to adjustment from the final assessed value,” and the motion passed unanimously. The Board also accepted the unaudited financial statements for Oct. 31, 2025, presented by Beth Diana, and approved payables through Nov. 13, 2025, following questions about invoices from MR Hauling and the University of Colorado Denver.
The action keeps the district’s financial plan in place while allowing final numbers to reflect the county’s certified assessed values. The Board confirmed its regular 2026 meetings will remain the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m., with January and February held virtually only because the Country Club is unavailable.
The meeting record shows the next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 11, 2025, at 6 p.m.
