Perryville approves $115,661 wayfinding signs contract and final pay to Bootheel Fence

At its May 19 meeting, the Perryville Board of Aldermen approved several procurement and payment items as part of the consent agenda.
The Board approved Purchase Order No. 1304122 to Main Street Signs LLC for $115,661.50 for the City of Perryville wayfinding signs project. The Board also approved Pay Request No. 1 (final) from Bootheel Fence Co. for $160,521.00 related to Parks Department fencing repair and replacement work; city staff told the Board Bootheel Fence is completing final punch-list items and the city will release payment upon completion.
Alderman David J. Schumer moved to approve the consent agenda and Alderman Kate Martin seconded; the motion carried. Staff also noted the Eagle Eye Playground safety surfacing project was estimated at $25,000–$35,000, which would require formal bidding.
