Separately during public comment, William (Bill) Faulkner, owner of the Tween the Lakes Motel, asked the committee to install a streetlight between his motel and the Buffalo Lake Campground entrance on Underwood Avenue. The committee placed the streetlight request on the February agenda for further consideration.
No funding source, installation estimate, or firm timeline for either the crosswalk lights or the streetlight was recorded in the minutes.
