The Afton Town Council voted at 8:56 p.m. to go into executive session to consider acquisition of real estate, personnel matters, and matters concerning litigation to which the town is or may be a party. Council Member Will Wilkes moved to enter executive session and Council Member Scott Griffith seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The council returned to regular session at 9:11 p.m. with no action taken, and adjourned the meeting at 9:12 p.m.
