The Township of Mahwah Board of Adjustment on Feb. 4 carried one public hearing at the applicant’s request, approved two legal bills and approved prior meeting minutes.
The board carried DOCKET #25-1602 (Darrell Brewster, 96 Masonicus Road) to the Feb. 18, 2026 meeting at the applicant’s request; the minutes record no further notice was required. The board approved a $250 fee for Attorney John Conte for meeting attendance and a $495 charge for Ms. Sophy Sedarat for general time; motions to approve those bills passed on roll call with seven aye votes. The minutes of the Jan. 7, 2026 meeting were also approved on a motion by Mr. Molfetta, seconded by Mr. Taylor; all eligible members voted in favor.
Chairman Cannava opened the meeting to public comment but no members of the public addressed the board. The meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
