The Mahwah Environmental Commission approved a site plan and two tenant applications at its Feb. 11 meeting.
On Docket EPS-25-3762 (Kevin Nelson, 34 Hines Avenue), the commission requested three clarifications before final administrative compliance: confirm that no trees will be removed, revise the soil movement calculation to show cubic yards, and verify that the development remains within the regulated setback and wetlands buffer. The site plan was approved with those comments following a motion by Hayden McClure and a second by Frank Pallotta; the minutes record that all other members were in favor.
The commission also reviewed and approved two tenant applications: TA #26 0003 (A.V.D. Electric, electrical contractor at 1 Lethbridge Plaza Suite #3) and TA #26 0004 (Cabitac, warehouse/assembly at 100 Performance Drive). The minutes do not record a mover or seconder for the tenant approvals; the items were listed as reviewed and approved.
Procedural motions recorded in the minutes included opening the public session (motion by Frank Pallotta, second by Victoria Galow) and closing the public session (motion by Hayden McClure, second by Rose Ellen Lorber-Termaat). The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
