Council Member Will Wilkes moved to adopt the engagement letter and authorize Mayor Jason C. Inskeep to sign; Council Member Jeff Jensen seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Inskeep presented lists of candidates for multiple town boards, including the Utility Board, Heritage Committee, Airport Board, Public Health Board, Tourism Promotion Board, Planning & Zoning Board and the Golf Board; Council Member Jeff Jensen moved to appoint the slate as presented, seconded by Council Member Will Wilkes, and the motion carried unanimously. The council also voted unanimously to confirm appointed town employees and department heads including Town Administrator Violet Sanderson, Director of Public Utilities Larry Lancaster, Director of Public Works Joshua Peavler, Golf Course Director Bryce Burton, Afton Police Chief Jason Romberg, Municipal Court Judge Rod Jensen, Town Clerk Lisa Hokanson and Town Treasurer Sadie Phillips.
