The Board of Equalization voted unanimously July 14 to add and approve a report from Assessor Lori Stevens on overvalued, undervalued and omitted properties.
Chairman Randy Dean called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Commissioners Ted Gans and Charles Fritsche were present. At Gans' motion, seconded by Fritsche, the board agreed to add the Assessor's presentation to the agenda; the motion was approved on roll call with ayes from Gans, Dean and Fritsche.
Assessor Lori Stevens presented the report identified as "Overvalued, Undervalued and Omitted Properties." Following the presentation, Commissioner Ted Gans moved to approve the report; Commissioner Charles Fritsche seconded. The board approved the report on roll call (ayes: Gans, Dean, Fritsche).
After business concluded, Commissioner Gans moved to adjourn, Fritsche seconded, and the board adjourned at 9:40 a.m. The minutes of this meeting are unofficial until approved at the Board's July 27, 2026 meeting.
