The MAS Commission unanimously adopted a resolution to approve the minutes of the June 12, 2025 meeting after a motion from Randy Siewert and a second from Chair Brenda Carey-Mielke.
Operations updates provided by MAS Commissioner Chris Schultz included several items: the 2010 ambulance remains for sale and is listed on several online sites with an asking price of $15,000; the annual audit is scheduled to begin in September but the exact date is pending confirmation; and preliminary receipts from WeinerFest are expected to be about $18,000, with final numbers to be reported at the next meeting.
Schultz also reported he had been re-elected as the commissioner for MAS. No further formal actions were taken on the operational items during the meeting.
