Human resources director seeks $15,000 for leadership training sessions

She also proposed having Mike Hendrickson lead a peer-to-peer session for directors and supervisory staff and said staff will present a more formal request at an upcoming meeting.
Fezemer noted scheduling considerations and said the sessions would be targeted for late August into September, aligned with the Leadership University schedule. She suggested the board could finalize approval as early as the July 28 meeting if that timetable suits members.
