The Rio Communities City Council approved resolution 20‑26‑11, the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP), following a motion and second on the floor. Staff thanked council members for attending a prior special meeting that permitted the ICIP to be entered into the state system on time.
Staff told the council the submittal is ready and emphasized that, while the city may change project order or budget amounts until November 1, it cannot add new projects after the current submittal. A councilor said the ICIP had been discussed at a previous meeting and that priorities were already ordered.
The motion carried by a recorded procedural vote of 4‑0.
