Kevin Tung of Greene Land Surveying told the board the proposal would split the property into four lots, conveying an outbuilding/barn with one lot and leaving the existing house on one of the lots; other lots are intended for family members or future building. The surveyor pointed out a jog in the map that he said likely reflects a prior deed conveyance and an existing fence line.
Chairperson Landry said the proposal must go to the county for review. Doug Flye moved to table the application until the next meeting; Patricia Marini seconded and the motion carried. The board opened public comment and received no public input; public comment was adjourned until next month.
