Francestown watershed subcommittee elects chair; two members step down

At the May 18 WSSC meeting Elizabeth Hunter Lavallee agreed to serve as chair for 2026 and the minutes of Sept. 29, 2025 were approved unanimously; members Harry Woodbury and Brad Howell informed the subcommittee they were stepping down, and the next meeting was set for June 8, 2026.
The Watershed Study Subcommittee of the Francestown Conservation Commission met on May 18, 2026. Elizabeth Hunter Lavallee agreed to serve as Chair for 2026; Joanne Santospago, Cathy Eby and Ted Graham agreed to serve as secretary as needed at each meeting. The minutes of the Sept. 29, 2025 meeting were approved unanimously.
The subcommittee announced that members Harry Woodbury and Brad Howell chose to step down from the Watershed Study Subcommittee. No further personnel actions were recorded in the minutes.
Committee members confirmed attendance plans to consult watershed staff and representatives at the NH Lakes Congress in Concord on June 5. The subcommittee scheduled its next meeting for Monday, June 8, 2026, 9:30–11:30 a.m., at the lower level of the Town Offices. The meeting adjourned at 11:10 a.m.; minutes were submitted by Ted Graham, clerk for the meeting.
There were no formal votes recorded beyond the unanimous approval of the prior meeting minutes and the informal agreement of members to serve in officer and secretary roles for 2026.
