Middletown wetlands agency sets March 5 hearing on pond project, approves Jan. 15 minutes with one abstention

The agency approved the minutes of the special meeting of Jan. 15. The motion passed after a voice vote; the chair recorded an abstention. Staff reported communications and said the town attorney instructed staff to draft a certified letter requiring Matt Mitchell to file an application related to the Lubbock's Farm matter; the draft will be reviewed by the town attorney before mailing.
Members also discussed prioritizing revisions to the agency regulations and suggested a subcommittee could meet after next month's public hearing to advance a draft for commission review. The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
