On conduct and corrections, Board Member Green proposed removing the words "where available" from the sentence on citing evidence so that, when the board corrects inaccurate information, speakers are pointed to specific policies or procedures. Supporters argued the change would improve transparency; opponents said it may be burdensome in practice. The board agreed to strike "where available." The manual's communication paragraph was edited to read that board members are encouraged to share district information using established district communication platforms.
