Gilmanton trustees elect Peter Burdett as Fidelity account operations manager

The Trustees of the Trust Fund for the Town of Gilmanton, N.H., elected Peter Burdett on May 11 to serve as the Fidelity Account (DOM) Designated Operations Manager, the board recorded in minutes of its meeting at the Academy Building.
As Designated Operations Manager, the minutes say, Burdett will "make board approved changes to the Fidelity account," "report on status of the account to the board" and "act as operational liaison with the Fidelity Account management." The minutes do not record a mover, seconder or vote tally for the election.
The trustees also reviewed the status of all trustee fund accounts and "determined: No changes recommended at this time." The board outlined several near-term activities it is "in the process of" completing: re-aligning accounts to conform with procedures established by the Town of Gilmanton's Treasurer's Office; regaining access to the Fidelity account for the Fidelity DOM; formally documenting the sources, investment vehicles and distributions for all Trustee Fund accounts; and soliciting and reviewing candidates for a board alternate to provide continuity for the board accounting function.
