Board members reported an update concerning a property in violation for multiple unregistered vehicles and a large accumulation of trash and junk. According to the minutes, the landowner has been contacted and agreed to address the matter "as soon as possible." No enforcement motion or timetable was recorded in the minutes.
The board also discussed a proposal for a dry hydrant at Center Pond. The minutes state the landowner’s first inclination is to deny permission but agreed to give the request further consideration and asked for an email reminder in one month.
