Rowse and unanimously approved a demo permit for an existing storage shed and a building permit for a replacement garage/storage shed for T. Haak-Frendscho, provided all property setbacks are met. The board directed W. Kassotis to visit the site to confirm compliance.
Administrative Assistant Edie Drinkwater reported personnel or contractor arrangements for cemetery work: M. Tarr will repair a stone wall believed to have been disassembled by wildlife and will meet with J. Sarcione to review Center Pond access for a proposed dry hydrant; a meeting with the landowner will be scheduled.
The decisions on permits and the fee adjustment were routine, recorded as unanimous votes, and took place during the meeting called to order at 3:00 PM. The Select Board adjourned at 4:15 PM and is scheduled to meet next on July 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
