She told the board the Cemetery Board will meet with Mike Tarr to determine a curb cut and that cemetery design specialist John LaCroix will be contacted to assist with formal design details.
Selectmen raised concerns about trees and brush growing in the cemetery wall and a hedge along an abutter’s property that needs trimming. Giacomo agreed some clearing is necessary; Selectman Mike Blaudschun suggested organizing a volunteer 'work-bee' and the board said the property owner will be contacted for permission to trim the hedge.
The discussion closed with next steps for site planning, including coordination with the Cemetery Board, curb-cut decisions and engaging a design specialist.
