Selectmen approve reappointment, fund withdrawal and procedural motions in routine session

At its May 4 meeting the Board of Selectmen voted 3-0 to reappoint Kyle McAdam to the Energy Committee, withdraw $49,897 from the EMS Vehicle Capital Reserve Fund to reimburse the general fund for a command vehicle, accept April 20 minutes, enter and seal non-public sessions, and adjourn.
The Gilmanton Board of Selectmen handled a set of routine appointments, fund movements and procedural votes at its May 4 meeting.
The board unanimously approved the reappointment of Kyle McAdam to the Energy Committee for a three-year term. It also approved a request from the Trustee of the Trust Funds to withdraw $49,897 from the EMS Vehicle Capital Reserve Fund (NHOI-0124-0032), under Warrant Article 7, to reimburse the general fund for a command-vehicle retail order.
The board accepted the April 20 meeting minutes as presented, voted to enter a non-public session under RSA 91-A:3(l) to consider legal advice, came out of non-public and voted to seal the non-public minutes. Motions to enter non-public and to seal minutes passed 3-0. The meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
No contested votes or roll-call tallies beyond unanimous approvals were recorded in the minutes; where a formal mover and seconder are noted, the minutes list the names of the mover and seconder and the vote result as 3-0.
