Commissioners discussed budget lines and agreed that Recording Secretary Wendy V. Chase should share the budget worksheets with commissioners so they can add items. The board noted the district will use the Waterworth program to help with budgeting; the minutes record that Wendy emailed a contact named Luis to arrange a meeting and set that meeting for Feb. 16 at 9:00 a.m. to discuss Waterworth.
The board discussed solar panels as a potential project but the minutes do not record a decision or financing plan for that item. Separately, the commissioners agreed to install a rain barrel at the district office and noted the town hall will also have one installed; that action was recorded as a board agreement rather than a formal contract award.
