Delhi reviews EPF and SWIMS grant progress; architects to deliver phased joint‑facility options

Officials also said early reimbursements will include the fitness court (the chair said it will be 75% reimbursed) and a pool cover (the chair said the pool cover will be reimbursed in full by "O'Connor" and then submitted to EPF for match). The chair described the combined work as part of a roughly $750,000 project; the chair also referred to "the original 50" the town would need to contribute but did not clarify units or whether that meant $50,000; the transcript did not specify the exact meaning and the board will clarify with staff.
Architects who presented at the Association of Towns reviewed potential sites for a joint facility and will deliver an "a la carte" phased pricing package before the next joint meeting so the town can show funders tangible materials for a local government efficiency grant application.
