Topsham CPIC accepts corrected minutes, schedules follow-ups

The Comp Plan Implementation Committee in Topsham opened its July 6 meeting with administrative business and unanimously approved two sets of minutes before moving into a lengthy use-table review.
The committee voted to accept a set of corrected minutes that staff had distributed in advance. A member moved to accept the minutes and the chair called for a second; the committee then voted "unanimous" in favor. The committee also approved the May 19 workshop notes (which focus on maps and center-zone boundaries) after a motion and second were offered and approved without objection.
Scheduling and next steps Members confirmed they will attend the planning board workshop and public hearing on July 23, where the use table will be reviewed publicly, and set a follow-up CPIC meeting for August 10 to complete review work that exceeded this meeting’s time. Chair adjourned the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
