0 Dutton Road / Memorial Forest (RDA #25-13): Jane Maloney of Sudbury Valley Trustees proposed installing two 15-inch corrugated-pipe beaver-flow devices to control trail flooding while allowing beavers to remain. The commission set three conditions (pre-site meeting with Beaver Solutions, hand-only installation, and post-work photos) and issued a Negative Determination of Applicability #3.
38 Robert Frost (DEP #301-1399): Staff reported that an Order of Conditions requiring removal of 29 trees had been followed by replanting of 40 shrubs and invasive removal on and adjacent to the site. The commission voted unanimously to issue a Certificate of Compliance.
