- Orders and certificates: The Commission closed the hearing and issued an Order of Conditions for invasive‑species mitigation at 222 Peakham Road (motion passed; Commissioner Luke Faust abstained). The Commission voted to issue the Certificate of Compliance for Coronado (82 Washington Drive, DEP #301‑1345) and approved the recommended compliance outcome for the Theriault project (57 Willis Lake Drive, DEP #301‑1373); transcript motion language referenced issuing an Order of Conditions for Theriault although staff recommended a Certificate of Compliance.
- Camp Sewataro: The Commission permitted a one‑time algal treatment for the Sewataro swimming pond to allow opening this summer; any additional treatments or reconnection of ponds must be reviewed by the Commission.
