On a motion by Commissioner Kasey Rogers to close the hearing, seconded by Commissioner Mark Sevier, the commission voted unanimously to close. On a subsequent motion by Commissioner Ken Holtz, seconded by Commissioner Kasey Rogers, the commission unanimously issued the Order of Conditions incorporating the modifications recommended by staff.
The Order requires the specified stump-grinding and three native tree plantings by June 1, 2025, and adds a condition for ongoing invasive-species management in the backyard. The Commission recorded the unanimous roll‑call votes to close the hearing and to issue the Order.
