Council approves Deines HVAC, two roofing repairs, computer replacements and DBE policy

Council also adopted the Russell Municipal DBE Program Policy Statement and authorized the mayor to sign the document.
The HVAC motion was moved by Councilmember Dustin Madden and seconded by Councilmember Lisa Anstaett; the roofing and computer purchases were approved by unanimous votes recorded in the minutes. The DBE policy motion was moved by Councilmember Lonnie Whitten and seconded by Councilmember Caleigh Befort, with the minutes recording approval and authorization for the mayor to sign.
Separately, council advised staff to proceed with contract negotiations for uniform services with BP Clean-Rite; the minutes record this as direction to staff rather than a formal contract award at the meeting.
