Ellisville council appoints Mark Stuart to District 1 and confirms Planning & Zoning reappointments

The roll-call vote was recorded as Cahill AYE, Sanborn AYE, Hildebrand AYE, Roemerman ABSTAIN, Compton AYE, Niebling AYE, and Stuart AYE; the motion passed and Roemerman was appointed Mayor Pro Tem.
