Judy Wilson moved to appoint Lynn Shurden as chair; Steven Craddock seconded the motion. The minutes record the vote as "all in favor, with no opposition." Separately, Jordan Goins moved to appoint Steven Craddock as vice chair; Judy Wilson seconded, and that vote likewise was recorded as unanimous. The meeting minutes note that Don Joe and Lauren Powell were welcomed as new members earlier in the session.
The commission took no additional governance actions during the meeting and adjourned after completing the agenda.
