Canton board accepts superintendent’s recommendation to release Director of Exceptional Services

Dr. Shivochie Dinkins moved to enter executive session to consider personnel; Mr. Peter Brown seconded. The minutes show all trustees voted to enter executive session. In executive session the board took the superintendent’s recommendation to release Shelia Anthony (listed in the personnel section as “Shelia Anthony, Director of Exceptional Services”) and accepted that recommendation with all trustees recorded in favor. The board then voted to exit executive session and return to open session.
