On July 13 the Franklin City Parks Commission voted to recommend the draft Natural Resources Impact Compensation Guide to the common council.
Planner staff reported that the current draft in the packet incorporated changes recommended by Commissioner Seraphim and that the commission could move the item forward. A motion to recommend adoption of the draft was made, seconded and passed without recorded opposition during the meeting.
Commissioners indicated they trusted the staff and subject-matter contributors who worked on the guide; the commission's recommendation will be transmitted to the common council for its consideration, and any further changes would occur at the council level.
