"There was a little bolder community page brought to my attention by somebody that tried to advertise it for trash pickup. $70 a month," the committee member said.

The committee member said enforcement would likely be required if non-residents' trash was being delivered: "That was an enforcement issue, I would think. It'd be up to Joe to go to it ..."
