Items listed on the consent agenda included: a contract with Electronic Recyclers International, Inc. for electronic-waste disposal (R-46-2025); a lease agreement with Gloucester County for use of the Mantua Township Community Center as a county nutrition site (R-47-2025); appointment of Shanna McCann, Esquire as municipal court prosecutor for 2025 (R-48-2025); cancellation of taxes for property at Block 261, Lot 7 (R-49-2025); budget transfers authorized under N.J.S.A. 40A:4-58 (R-50-2025); hiring Joshua Cummings to the rank of patrol officer with the Mantua Township Police Department (R-51-2025); appointment of Brenden Hiatt as a Special Law Enforcement Officer, Class II (R-52-2025); awarding a contract to O2 Digital Creative Agency for the township's website redesign (R-53-2025); and appointment of additional alternate municipal prosecutors for 2025 (R-54-2025).
Committeewoman Jennica Lukens moved to adopt the consent agenda and Committeeman Michael Snyder seconded the motion. The motion carried. The record notes that Committeeman Steen abstained specifically on R-48-2025 (the municipal court prosecutor appointment) and R-54-2025 (appointment of additional alternate municipal prosecutors); the remaining consent items were approved as adopted in the consent motion.
