The commission addressed multiple unpermitted sheds. IWV‑2026‑03 (file 1577) concerns a 16x24 shed at 59 Blanket Meadow Road apparently sited in a conservation easement and potentially in wetlands. Property owner Carlos Franco said he purchased the house two years ago and was not informed of prior violations; commissioners discussed moving the shed outside the conservation area and returning the site to preexisting conditions.
